This commitment to the channel, BMC Software will dump their efforts in both global partners such as resellers and strategic partners in each country, among other figures. So on the one hand, the company will continue to work with Accenture and Cisco's global partners, with whom we are joined by a very close relationship, and whose number is expected to expand, while at local level working with leading systems integrators such as Bull, IECISA, Indra, ITC, Fujitsu and Unisys, many of whom are also customers of BMC, and other resellers who have a deep knowledge of solutions. For the new fiscal year, BMC Software will continue to invest in resources to its channel, consisting of global partners, resellers and strategic partners, in order that itcontinue to provide about 60 percent of company revenue.

The managed service providers who work in vertical markets are another betting company, along with regional strategic partners, which will allow BMC Software to expand its range of action in areas such as northern and eastern Spain and Catalonia. In contrast, BMC will continue without wholesalers, because their solutions are more focused on large account.

On this basis, BMC is proposing this year to more focus on the public sector, both through national and regional partners, a market that represents about 25 percent of company revenues, and where there are great opportunities in areas of automation and cloud. "Traditionally, BMC Remedy solutions are the most sold by partners, but the greatest growth during the past fiscal year has been in the areas of automation and cloud," he adds Qty

Two entrepreneurs will go to Silicon Valley Cantabria, the birthplace of 'software'

Technological innovation projects developed by Javier Lopez and Jaime Sendra have been chosen for the initiative to represent Cantabria Yuzz

Young entrepreneurs Jaime Sendra Cantabria (20 years) and Javier Lopez (28 years) have been rewarded with a trip to Silicon Valley (San Francisco) thanks to two innovative projects that have developed over the last six months at the center Yuzz. An initiative of the Fundación Banesto, with Ejecant (School Youth Entrepreneur of Cantabria) as local partner. The project started in 2009 Yuzz two centers (Barcelona and Madrid) and in the second edition have already joined the program 16 new cities.
Jaime Sendra, business student, was doing the Camino de Santiago when he learned that his project had been selected the winner and takes you to visit the cradle of technological innovation. "At first I was shocked because there were other projects that were real, while mine was just an idea," he says.
It is only three steps to get to Santiago but has his head in another destination thousands of miles: California. "I'm excited for all you have told us in the center Yuzz for meeting other young entrepreneurs and see how companies that have set trends, such as Google, Microsoft and Facebook," he says, but as good entrepreneur facing experience as an opportunity to grow and not as a pleasure trip, "I will learn, to try to soak up everything so you can apply it to my company's future," he admits with a sense of responsibility beyond her 20 years.
Exudes optimism on all sides and argues that being an entrepreneur in Cantabria is no chimera. "It's easier than it may seem from the outside. If you have an idea and think it can take it out wherever you are. It is good to live in a globalized world like ours. "
A prize of 10,000 euros
After the rounds of the final project presentation, held between 20 and 22 June, jurors found in each locality of the program Yuzz selected the thirteen best young entrepreneurs nationwide. Besides the trip to Silicon Valley, the best project across the country will receive a cash prize of 10,000 euros to implement his idea. Cantabria is more likely than the rest because it is the only center where the two projects have been selected.
The other entrepreneur award in Cantabria, Javier Lopez Gonzalez, acknowledges he did not expect recognition. "When we made presentations of the projects I thought that the work of my teammates was great, so the initial confidence wobbled a little."Hence, values the opportunity as a stimulus rather than a prize. "When I saw it was one that had won was a huge rush, especially because it helped me to recharge the batteries after so many months of work. I needed something to be good to keep trying with all my strength, "he explains.
Javier Lopez worked as a computer programmer at companies such as Semicrol or Dance before embarking on the adventure of the entrepreneur. "I knew that I wanted to start my own company, he asserts, so when the contract ended I decided to go for it. The computer need some freedom and wanted to do my job as I think we should do it. "
You now have the opportunity to visit the birthplace of the 'software' and see first hand how they work the most innovative firms in the virtual world. "The big Silicon Valley companies give freedom to their workers. It is clear that there must always be hierarchies, but those companies are not as closed as the ones here. At least for what they say, "he says. Before the end of July will be in San Francisco to see if he is right.
Start their own business is not easy. "There is much support and people tell you you're crazy," he says. But the same was said of one Bill Gates when he started his company in a garage.

The technology at the service of tactics in the selection Colombia

A sophisticated video software to analyze in detail the play of opponents and his own, and is key to the team's technical talks. One of the factors of success have hit upon the approach of the game against Argentina, and marking players as skilled as Lionel Messi and Carlos Tevez among others, was the proper use of a video software that has the selection Colombia here in the Copa America. The software, which bought some time ago the Colombian Football Federation (COLFUTBOL), is a wonder that lets you know, for example, which areas of the court each player moves, how many passes did good and bad, as well as tactical movesteam to analyze and work with the ball still in corner kicks and free kicks. To deal with the Argentines on Wednesday in the 0-0 draw in Santa Fe, and despite the lack of scoring has been one of the best matches for Colombia under the new cycle of Hernan Dario 'Bolillo' Gomez, coaching staff prepared a number of clips it deemed critical to control the opponent.Arrivals, free kicks, corner kicks, recovered balls, goals and Match for Argentina against Bolivia was what was discussed in video, large screen, on Wednesday morning in the halls of the hotel which houses the Selection here in Santa FeThe tactical video session takes all the group and the aim is not only show the strengths and weaknesses of the rival, but for players to participate and present their views on a particular play or a selected clip. The work of selecting and editing material usually borne by Leonel Alvarez, the assistant 'Bolillo' Gomez and who from his playing days was always restless in tactics and strategy. However, video content and then the explanation for them is something that commands the coach. This software also serves to correct your mistakes of the Colombian team, both collective and individual, since it allows, with pictures and statistics, how many passes certain and wrong committed certain player, what their tactical moves in defense and attack and when, for example, hit an improvised action or disobeyed an order previously established. In this case there is no margin for error, because the image does not lie. And it offers the option to improve the planning of a preset on the tactical work, then, in the field, trying to improve with repetition.

Now, at parties, there will always be human error. But at least this work being conducted by the coaching staff in Argentine territory, confirms that the time devoted to drainage and enlarged, and only look at one's own work without specifying the rival, was in the past. This selection Colombia Copa America goes hand in hand with technology.
